2. Products and Services

FRscents provides naturally crafted candles and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Each FRscents candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% pure essential oils and natural soy wax. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, scent intensity, and burn time may occur.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and features of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colors of the products.

The burn time indicated for each candle is an approximation and may vary based on environmental conditions and usage patterns.

3. Product Safety and Usage

For your safety, please follow all provided burning instructions and safety guidelines included with each product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and keep them away from drafts.

Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use to ensure optimal burning.

FRscents is not responsible for damages resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are in the displayed currency and may exclude shipping costs and applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full before order processing begins.

Order confirmation emails are not a guarantee of order acceptance.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We take special care in packaging our candles to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping times may vary based on location and selected shipping method.

During hot weather, special shipping considerations may apply to prevent melting.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless products arrive damaged.

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence showing the condition of the product and packaging.

We do not accept returns of burned or used candles.

Seasonal and limited edition items are final sale.

If a return is approved, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Product Care and Maintenance

To ensure the best experience with your FRscents candle:

Allow the wax to melt completely across the surface on first burn (approximately 2-3 hours).

Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and melting.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F).

While our essential oils are 100% pure, please note that natural ingredients may cause sensitivities in some individuals.

Our essential oil candles are crafted to provide a delicate, subtle fragrance experience. Unlike traditional synthetic fragrance candles, they offer a gentle, natural scent that will not overpower your space. Please understand that they are not designed to strongly perfume an entire room.

FRscents candles are specially created for those who appreciate natural fragrances, individuals with sensitivities to synthetic scents, and those seeking a pure, clean-burning candle experience with subtle aromatherapy benefits.

Scent perception is subjective and may vary by individual. Factors such as room size, airflow, and environmental conditions can affect scent diffusion.

We do not guarantee specific therapeutic or medicinal benefits from our products.

Seasonal and limited edition products may have limited availability.

Product colors may vary slightly due to the natural ingredients used.

Our commitment to using only pure essential oils and natural ingredients means our candles provide an authentic, subtle fragrance that works in harmony with your space rather than dominating it.
